The property search is a journey we embark on together. This Welcome pack is intended to provide you with everything you need to know about working with us. Below you will find information about the process and how we can collaborate effectively.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As we will be working closely together, we will also need some further details.
Specifically, we will need the contact details for your Finance Broker and or Bank and your Solicitor.
If you do not have a solicitor, we have a recommended partner you can work with.

Initial Search and Beyond
Upon receipt of the Engagement fee we will commence our Initial search. While we are gathering your first list of options, you can expect us to be a little quieter for 7-10 days.
We will email through the Initial Search List for you to have a look through, this will give you an opportunity to provide feedback on what you do and don’t like, which will assist with our search moving forward.
From this Initial search we will continue to research, search for, shortlist, identify and recommend potential properties.
Each week will consist of:
Email blasts to Agents with your Brief
Text message blasts to Agents with your brief
Calling Agents every couple of days
Attending inspections and opening homes
Carrying out videos of walk throughs and obtaining further information
Liasing with Agents
From time to time we may appear to be quieter, please do not stress we are just working hard behind the scenes searching for other properties, we won't always send through everything we get shown as we know some properties wont directly suit the brief.
